A : → If you don’t have yet the customers' details you should act as the importer/consignee. If you operate the kind of drop shipping business, your customers don’t usually require certificate of origin, and if they do, your supplier can put this customer’s name as the consignee for certificate of origin application.
Q : → We've just started a small fashion underwear brand and are about to take delivery of our first production batch. We plan to sell it part to some HK retailers, part through online business and part to importers in Europe (France mainly). Our supplier is asking us the name of the "consignee" for the shipment he can mention on the certificate of origin. But the trouble is the shipment will be split and we don't know yet the importers names! What to do then? Thanks for your help...
