A : → I had some contacts with the Nigerian customers. They are even not willing to spend a little money on cheating. They are famous for their scams in international market and destroyed their fame on the earth. In fact, you can't even believe their L/C, needless to say D/P payment. So don't believe them unless they pay you all the money in advance.

A : → Sounds like a scam. No government in the world outlaws "payment in advance". If you ship on a DP basis, you have no guarantee to get paid. Also the buyer in Nigeria can easily take control of the goods without paying you. By the way, Nigeria is one of the "trading scam" capitals of the entire world.
