A : → If you don't want to pay the 30% deposit in advance, and would like to deal with a supplier who will accept L/C, I suggest you to deal with a HK supplier or a China export company who is dealing with the products you are looking for, and both of them will probably accept L/C.I would recommend you to add "Inspection report" as the required document to be issued by your company and signed by you on your L/C. if the quality of the goods failed to meet your requirement, you can refuse to provide the inspection report to the supplier and so they will not get paid.

Some never got the merchandise at all and when he tried to contact them, they never answered the phone. My other friend used to import mini-motorcycle. The price and the quality of the sample product were good. This guy got his merchandises but all of it didn't work properly. There was some kind of mechanical problem, so he had to fix them all, which cost a lot and totally not worth. I used to ask them why they didn't file some law suit. They said it takes forever and small chance to win if anyone has any advice or suggestion, i will really appreciate.
