A : → Thank you for your information. "They are just interested to know your Bank A/C no." Would you please tell us why they need the Bank A/C no. , what's the purpose of it?
A : → Benin, a Muslim country in Africa, basically adopts a liberal trade policy. Its major imports include foodstuffs, beverages, tobacco, petroleum and intermediate goods, while exports comprise mainly cotton and other primary goods. Please click here for more information about the trading conditions of Benin.
A : → Hi friend, I once had the same experience of doing business with those African countries, I would like to say, that's too much risk if you don't have a high awareness of their company background, and actually what they expect from our China market is quite cheap products, which will tightens our profit-making margin. Credit examination is of high importance.
A : → i can send you some info about that scam. plz send me an e-mail:tom98@hotmail.comThank you
Q : → Did any one of you do trading with Benin's Company? Any comment about this country's international trade?
A : → Be carefully. Usually you will receive some scam emails. I had enquiry from Benin year 2004. My guy was asking me to send 20 feet container by air. They are just interested to know your Bank A/C no.I had another email. The guy said: We are interested in your product send us proforma invoice. I was wondering we did send quotations yet. How should write me back i just ignored. Simply ask him to send you the copy of Business Registration AND their bank our account instead. Then check with Benin Embassy in CHINA (address: Benin, Embassy of the Republic of BeninChancery: No. 38, Guang Hua LuTel: 010-65322741, 65322302Fax: 010-65325103).We are receiving many emails from Kenya, SIERRA LEONE, Benin, None of them are genius. You might have notice you are receiving less emails from Nigeria these days. Always check background of the company. GOOD LUCK
